Refund and return policy

It is possible to return a purchase made at minut.com up to 30 days after delivery for a full product refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.

Please contact support via hello@minut.com to arrange a return. Make sure to include the order number of your purchase.

If you have not purchased your Minut from minut.com, please see the return and refund policy of your vendor. Purchases made elsewhere are not covered by this return policy. 

Order changes

If Minut Smart Home Alarm is marked down with a discount, within 5 days of you purchasing the device, we can offer you a price adjustment.
If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
