How to set-up the BookingSync integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

"BookingSync is a vacation rental management platform that enables the work of vacation rental owners, managers, and agencies. By integrating your Minut account with BookingSync, your guest data will be automatically synced and the guest will receive an SMS if noise is detected above the set threshold."

The integration with BookingSync lets Minut get reservation and guest information from your booking calendar.

If a Minut sensor detects noise in your property, this integration will automatically send a text message to the guest currently staying there (if any), letting them know to keep it down.

By linking your Minut homes to your properties, Minut will know what home the disturbance is in and notify the correct guest.

Connecting Minut with BookingSync

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations.

  1. Press on BookingSync, click the Connect button.

  2. You'll be directed to login to your BookingSync account and allow Minut to import your properties.

  3. Once the connection is set-up, you'll need to link your BookingSync listings with the correct home in the Minut app. This is, so Minut can get the correct guest information when a high noise event occurs.

Once all your homes are linked to a BookingSync property, you're all set! Now, if a guest is too loud, an automatic SMS is sent, letting them know to keep it down.
