The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message or auto-call letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Hostfully software helps vacation rental companies provide 5-star hospitality. With property management and guest experience software for short-term rentals. Hostfully helps property managers automate, streamline, and grow their businesses.

Connecting Minut with Hostfully

To link Minut with Hostfully, you first need to go to your Hostfully Agency Settings and copy your Agency UID.

Once you have your Hostfully Agency UID, go back to the Minut web app. Select the Set up tab and click on Connect. Paste the Agency UID code from Hostfully when prompted.

Link your Minut homes with the corresponding Hostfully Listings and enable noise monitoring in the app.

(Keep in mind: Your guests will only be notified when you have the noise monitoring mode activated for the property.)

Log into Hostfully, and from your Agency dropdown, go to Integrations and toggle Minut ON.

Then, you go to the Settings link and activate it on the listing/property level. Only the activated properties/listings will show up on your Minut account.

Once all your homes are linked to a Hostfully property, you need to make sure that noise monitoring is activated for all of them.

You also need to enable Guest Connect and set up your communication flow. You can find more information about Guest Connect here.

(Keep in mind: Your guests will only be contacted about excessive noise when you have the noise monitoring mode activated for the property.)

Once all your homes are linked to a Hostfully property, you can customize how you wish to communicate with the guests. You can find more information about our Guest Connect features here.
