How to set up the FantasticStay integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep the noise down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Connecting Minut with FantasticStay

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations.

  1. Go to the Fantastic Stay account settings and copy your API key.


  2. Click on FantasticStay, click Connect and follow the steps to retrieve the API key from your FantasticStay account

  3. Once the connection is set up, Link your Minut homes with your corresponding FantasticStay properties. This is so Minut can get the correct information when a noise event occurs.

Click on Create link and choose the corresponding list in your FantasticStay system.

Communicate with stays

Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your FantasticStay listings you can now set up Messaging, once this has been done, those who are staying at your rental will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
