The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Hosthub (formerly Syncbnb) is a channel manager for vacation rentals that helps vacation rental owners & managers increase their bookings and revenues by synchronizing their calendars and rates across 200+ channels, like Airbnb, Booking .com, and hundreds more (even with their own website), with 100% success and a Zero Double Booking Guarantee.

The integration with Hosthub lets Minut get reservations and information from your booking calendar.

If a Minut sensor detects noise in your property, this integration will automatically send a text message and/or email to the people currently staying at your property (if any).

By linking your Minut rental units to your properties, Minut will know what rental unit the disturbance is in and notify the correct people.

You can customize the text message to read what you think fits best.

Connecting Minut with Hosthub

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations. Press on Hosthub

To link Minut with Hosthub, you first need to Go to the "Settings" view in the Hosthub app and copy the API key

Press the Setup tab, and then click Connect. You will now be able to paste your API key here.

Once the connection is set-up, you'll need to link your Hosthub listings with the correct rental unit in the Minut app. This is, so Minut can get the correct information when a high noise event occurs.

Press Create Link and choose the corresponding listing in your Hosthub system.

Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your Hosthub listings you can now set up Messaging, once this has been done, those who are staying at your rental will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
