The Minut Guest Mobile App
The Minut Guest Mobile App helps hosts share important stay information with their guests in one centralized place. A guest app link is created automatically for every stay in Minut.
Each guest receives a dedicated private link to their guest app. If there are no stays in the system, no guest app links are created.
How guest access works
Stays can be added manually or imported through supported PMS integrations or CSV uploads. Once a stay exists in Minut, a guest app link is generated automatically for that reservation.
Hosts can share the guest app link with guests either automatically or manually. The link can be included in scheduled messages using the Share guest app message template, or copied directly from the Guest app page and shared with the guest as needed.
On the Guest app page, hosts can preview the guest app for each stay and view the corresponding link.
Managing guest app content
The information shown in the guest app is managed from the Guest Experience tab on the unit page.
Hosts can edit the following information:
Unit information, including check-in and check-out instructions, Wi-Fi details, and house rules
Recommendations, local recommendations such as restaurants, cafés, local attractions, or other places to suggest to guests
Keep in mind a title and category are required (Food & drink, Things to do, Shopping, or Other). Address and description fields are optional.
Imported information
Unit information can also be imported from supported integrations, including Airbnb, Hospitable and Hostaway.
Information is imported when a unit is first linked to a supported integration or when the Import button is used in the unit information section.
Keep in mind that existing information is not overwritten if fields are already filled out.
Information visible to guests
In addition to the details provided by the host, the guest app displays the Unit name, address,and dates of stay
