How to set up your Track Integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Connecting Minut with Hospitable

  1. In the Track app, Head over to Configuration > Company Setup tab > API Keys

  2. Click the green “+Server Key” button in the top-right corner

  3. Enter "Minut" in the name field, and Click “Save Key” the page will refresh to display the issued Key and Secret. Copy both Key & Secret

  4. Return to Minut and click "Connect" and enter the Track subdomain (i.e. [yourdomain].trackhs.com), API Key and API Secret

  5. Link your Minut units with the corresponding Track properties

  6. 🥳 Done! Your reservations and guest information will automatically sync between Track and Minut

Communicate with stays

Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your Hospitable listings you can now set up Messaging, once this has been done, those who are staying at your rental will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
