How to set up the Uplisting Integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message or auto-call letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Connecting Minut to Uplisting

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations.

  1. To link Minut with Uplisting, you first need to follow the link to Uplisting connect, log in with your Uplistings account, and copy your API Key for Minut.


  2. In the Minut web app, navigate to Uplisting -> Set up.

  3. Click on Connect. A pop-up box will appear.

  4. Paste the API key there (See screenshot below)

  5. Once the connection is set up, Link your Minut rental units with the corresponding Uplisting properties.

Communicate with stays

Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your Uplisting listings you can now set up Messaging, once this has been done, those who are staying at your rental will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
