How to set-up the Resly integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.


All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Connecting Minut with Resly

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations. Press on the Resly icon to begin.

  1. In the Resly app, navigate to "Settings" > "Integrations" > "Minut." Click “Activate integration,” then “Generate API Key.”

  2. Copy the Resly Account ID and API Key.

  3. Come back to the Minut app, and press "Connect". Enter the Resly Account ID and Resly API Key.

  4. Link your Minut units with the corresponding Resly properties.

  5. 🥳 Done! Your reservations and guest information will automatically sync between Resly and Minut.

Communicate with stays

Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your Resly listings you can now set up Messaging, once this has been done, those who are staying at your rental will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
