How to set up Streamline Integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

Connecting Minut with Streamline

To connect to Streamline you need to have a Minut account (sign up here) You can find Streamline under Integrations.

  1. Contact Streamline support with the subject "Creation of tokens for Minut Integration". They will provide you with a token key and token secret.

  2. Click 'Connect' on the top of this page
    -Insert the token key and token secret and click 'Connect'

  3. Link your Minut homes with the corresponding Streamline properties.

  4. Once you have linked your Minut homes with your Streamline listings you can now set up Guest Communication, so that guests that are synced from Streamline will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay. You can find more information on guest communication here.
