How to set up the Hospitable Integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Hospitable gives short-term rental hosts their valuable time back. Founded in 2016, Hospitable makes short-term hosting trivial for nearly 10,000 customers. Hospitable's tools allow hosts to automate the most time-consuming elements of hosting, and their content and community educate investors on how to grow their short-term rental returns.

Connecting Minut with Hospitable

  1. Head to Hospitable to access the Api Keys Hospitable API keys

    • Click 'Add new'

    • Name the key "Minut". This will make it easier to find later.

    • Make sure the "Read calendar" permission is checked.

  2. Click 'Connect'

  3. Insert the 'Client ID' and 'Client secret' from Hospitable and click 'Connect'


  4. Link your Minut homes with the corresponding Hospitable properties.

Once you have linked your Minut homes with your Hospitable listings you can now set up Guest Communication, so that guests that are synced from Hospitable will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay. You can find more information on guest communication here.
