The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message or auto-call letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

iGMS is an all-in-one vacation rental software for busy hosts and short-term rental managers. It automates the majority of daily vacation rental management tasks and helps to increase occupancy rate. iGMS enables users to connect multiple accounts from different Online Travel Agencies (Airbnb, Booking.com, and HomeAway/Vrbo). iGMS users are able to fully automate guest messaging and leaving reviews, process online payments, create smart financial reports, coordinate cleanings, tasks and much more.

The integration with iGMS allows Minut to receive reservations and information from your booking calendar. Once the Minut sensor detects noise in your property, this integration will automatically send a text message to the people staying in the property (if any), letting them know to keep it down.

Connecting Minut with iGMS

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations. Press on iGMS.

Click the Connect button. You'll be directed to login to your iGMS account and allow Minut to import your properties.

Once the connection is set up, you'll need to link your iGMS listings with the correct rental unit in the Minut app. This is so Minut can get the correct information when a high noise event occurs.

Press Create Link and choose the corresponding listing in your iGMS system.

Once your rental units are linked to an iGMS property, you're all set!

Once all your rental units are linked to an IGMS property, you can customize how you wish to communicate with the people staying in the property. You can find more information about our messaging features here.
