The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

"Lodgify is an innovative all-in-one solution that simplifies vacation rental marketing. It allows both owners and property managers to create their own mobile-friendly website with a “Book Now” button, manage reservations and calendars efficiently, and instantly synchronize property information with listings on external portals."

The integration with Lodgify lets Minut get reservations and information from your booking calendar. If a Minut sensor detects noise in your property, this integration will automatically send a text message to the people staying in the property (if any), letting them know to keep it down.

By linking your Minut rental units to your properties, Minut will know what rental unit the disturbance is in and notify the correct people staying in the property.

Connecting Minut with Lodgify

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations.

  1. Go to the Lodgify Public API account settings and copy your API key

  2. Click on 'Connect' in the top right corner

  3. Insert the API key from Lodgify and hit 'Connect'.

  4. Enter the 'Rental units' tab, you can now link your Minut rental units with the corresponding Lodgify properties.

Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your Lodgify listings you can now set up Messaging, so that the people staying in the property that are synced from Lodgify will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay. You can find more information on messaging here.
