The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

Connecting Minut with Cloudbeds

To connect to CloudBeds you need to have a Minut account (sign up here) You can find CloudBeds under Integrations.

Click on Cloudbeds and go to Set up and click on Connect.


You will be directed to login to your Cloudbeds account and allow Minut to import your properties.

Link your Minut homes with the corresponding Cloudbeds listings. If you would like to Disconnect just click on the Disconnect button (How to disconnect on Cloudbeds)

Once you have linked your Minut homes with your Cloudbeds listings you can now set up Guest Communication, so that guests that are synced from Cloudbeds will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay. You can find more information on guest communication here.
