How to set up Cloudbeds Integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Connecting Minut with Cloudbeds

Go to the Integrations menu in the Web application.

  1. Click on Cloudbeds and click on Connect

  2. You will be directed to login to your Cloudbeds account and allow Minut to import your properties.

  3. Link your Minut rental units with the corresponding Cloudbeds listings. If you would like to Disconnect just click on the Disconnect button (How to disconnect on Cloudbeds)

Communicate with stays

Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your Cloudbeds listings you can now set up Messaging, once this has been done, those who are staying at your rental will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
