The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

The integration with Guesty lets Minut get reservation and guest information from your booking calendar.

If a Minut sensor detects noise in your property, this integration will automatically send a text message and/or email to the guest currently staying there (if any). It will also add a note about the event in Guesty’s Unified inbox.

By linking your Minut homes to your properties, Minut will know what home the disturbance is in and notify the correct guest.

You can customize the text message to read what you think fits best.

Connecting Minut with Guesty

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations. Press on Guesty.

To link Minut with Guesty, you first need to follow the link to Guesty Marketplace and copy your API Token for Minut.

Copy the API Token into the field under Connect & Configure.

Once the connection is set-up, you'll need to link your Guesty listings with the correct home in the Minut app. This is, so Minut can get the correct guest information when a high noise event occurs.

Press Create Link and choose the corresponding listing in your Guesty system.

With Guesty, you can choose to send both an email and an SMS to the guest. You can customize the message you wish to send under the Message body.

You also need to enable the integration and turn ON Notify guests. You can also choose to save the events as a note in the Guesty Inbox.

Once all your homes are linked to a Guesty property, you're all set! Now, if a guest is too loud, an automatic SMS or Email is sent, letting them know to keep it down.


In regards to the Guesty integration and our Guest Connect features, Guesty uses the message created from your settings profile as the body of the text (and email) sent to the guests when too loud.

Auto-Call is currently not supported with this integration.
