Monitoring your property with Ring within Minut

View live camera footage and door events from your Ring devices directly in Minut.

Written by Britney

Ring integration connects your Ring doorbell cameras to Minut, so you can monitor your property and share camera access with guests, all without leaving the app.

Before you can use the features below, you'll need to set up the Ring integration and link it to a Ring location.

Live camera view

Once a Ring location is linked to a unit, you'll see an Outdoor cameras section when you open that property in the Minut app.

From here you can:

  • Open a live stream from any Ring camera in that location

  • Switch between cameras using the dropdown in the top right

  • Turn sound on or off

  • Reconnect if the stream drops

Event logs

Minut logs all Ring events for linked units. You can view:

  • Motion detected

  • Doorbell pressed

Tap any event to watch the recorded footage from that moment.

Guest app

Guests staying at your property can access Ring cameras through the Minut Guest app.

From the Guest app, guests can:

  • View a live stream of the cameras in their unit

  • Turn sound on or off

  • See a log of door events during their stay

Guests can see events in the log but cannot view recorded footage.

Keep in mind

  • Only Ring doorbell cameras are supported. Other Ring devices are not currently included in the integration.

  • Camera access is per unit. Guests can only see cameras linked to their specific unit, not cameras at other properties.
