Step 1: Create or import a stay
The Guest app link is created automatically for each stay in Minut. To generate a guest app link, make sure the stay exists in your Minut account.
You can add stays:
Please keep in mind, if there are no stays in the system, no guest app links will be created.
Step 2: Add the information guests will see
To manage what appears in the guest app, open the unit and go to:
Properties > Click on your Property > Guest experience tab
Here, you can edit:
Unit information
Check-in instructions
Check-out instructions
Wi-Fi details
House rules
Recommendations
Restaurants, cafés, attractions, and other local tips
Title and category are required (Food & drink / Things to do / Shopping / Other)
Address and description are optional
Step 3: Import unit information (optional)
To import unit information, go to Properties, > Click on your Property > guest experience and click on the guest import button
Unit information can be imported from the following supported integrations:
Airbnb
Hospitable
Hostaway
When an Import happens:
When you link a unit to a supported integration (unless fields are already filled out), or
When you click Import in the Unit information section
Step 4: Check the guest app link
Go to the Guest app page under Guest experience to view the guest app for each stay.
From there, you can:
Preview the guest app for a specific stay
Copy the private guest link to share with the guest
Step 5: Share the guest app link with guests
You can share the guest app link in two ways:
Option A: Automatically (scheduled message)
Use the “Share guest app” template under Scheduled messages to include the guest link in a scheduled message.
Option B: Manually
What guests will see
Along with the information you provide, the guest app also shows:
Home name
Address
Dates of stay
