Overview

With messaging, you can automatically send a welcome message, Wi-Fi details, instructions (and more) to the people staying in your property.

You can use shortcodes to have the below information automatically filled into your messages:

  • Rental unit name

  • Stay name ( Name of the people staying in your property)

  • Stat date of the stay

  • End date of the stay

The shortcode "instructions for the stay" can be tailored to each of your rental units. You can create a full message of instruction for each rental unit. These instructions can then be added to your automatic messages. This will enable you to have a welcome message with personalised instructions for each of your different properties.

Due to phone number restrictions set in place by Airbnb, the Minut messaging feature isn’t compatible with the Airbnb Integration.

Please note that Minut doesn’t currently have an SMS campaign in Australia, UAE, Malaysia or Singapore. This means that any stay that has a phone number from this country will not be able to receive SMS messages.
