How to set-up the Resly integration

Written by Emilie Pain

Connect Minut with Resly to bring your guests' stays into Minut. Minut uses the stay details to message the people staying at the property automatically if noise gets too loud.

Where to connect: all integrations are connected in the web app at web.minut.com → Integrations. PMS integrations are available on the Pro plan.

Resly is property management software for management rights operators and short-term rental property managers. It combines advanced technology with simplified trust accounting in one cloud-based platform.

Before you start

  • A Minut account on the Pro plan

  • A Resly account with your properties

  • Your Resly Account ID and API key. You will generate the key in Resly (see step 1 below).

Connect Minut with Resly

  1. In the Resly app, go to Settings → Integrations → Minut. Click Activate integration, then Generate API Key.

  2. Copy the Resly Account ID and API key.

  3. Go to the Integrations menu in the web app and select Resly.

  4. Click Connect and enter the Resly Account ID and API key.

Link your rental units

Link each of your Minut rental units to the matching Resly property.

Only linked rental units receive stay information from Resly.

What syncs

Once a rental unit is linked, Minut receives these details about the people staying at the property from Resly:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Check-in and check-out times

  • The property they are staying at

Stay reservations are deleted from Minut (not from Resly) 14 days after the check-out date.

Messages to guests

When stay information is available and loud noise is detected, Minut can contact the people staying at the property. Set up noise alert messages in your Noise Preset, and check-in, check-out and other scheduled messages in Guest Journey.

Replies to messages appear in your Inbox.

For an overview, see Messaging.

Disconnect

To disconnect Resly, open Integrations in the web app, select Resly and disconnect it.

When you disconnect, your rental units are unlinked from Resly and Minut stops receiving new and updated stays. If you connect again, you will need to link your rental units again.

If you only need to fix a connection problem, reconnect instead of disconnecting. Reconnecting keeps your rental units linked.

Troubleshooting

Minut asks you to reconnect

A banner on the Integrations page tells you the connection with Resly needs attention. Open Integrations, select Resly and reconnect. Enter your Resly Account ID and current API key again. Do not disconnect first, as that removes your links.

Minut says the connection details are incorrect

In Resly, go to Settings → Integrations → Minut and copy your Account ID and API key again, or generate a new key. Make sure you copy all of it, with no extra spaces, and that you are using the current key if you have created a new one. Paste them into Minut and click Connect.

Stays are not appearing

Check that your Minut rental unit is linked to the right Resly property, and that the reservation exists in Resly with check-in and check-out times. Only linked rental units receive stays. Also check that you are on the Pro plan, which PMS integrations require.

A guest's phone number is missing

Booking.com stopped sharing guest phone numbers through PMS connections on 28 September 2026, so some stays arrive without one. Open the stay in the Minut web app and add the number to the imported reservation.

If none of this helps, contact our support team at hello@minut.com and tell us which rental unit is affected and what you see.
