How to set up Cloudbeds Integration

Written by Emilie Pain

Connect Minut with Cloudbeds to bring your guests' stays into Minut. Minut uses the stay details to message the people staying at the property automatically if noise gets too loud.

Where to connect: all integrations are connected in the web app at web.minut.com → Integrations. PMS integrations are available on the Pro plan.

Cloudbeds is a hotel platform that offers a PMS, a booking engine, a channel manager and revenue and payment management tools in one system.

Before you start

  • A Minut account on the Pro plan

  • A Cloudbeds account with your properties

  • You will log in to Cloudbeds and allow Minut to import your properties

Connect Minut with Cloudbeds

  1. Go to the Integrations menu in the web app.

The Integrations page in the Minut web app

  2. Select Cloudbeds, then click Connect.

  3. You will be asked to log in to your Cloudbeds account and allow Minut to import your properties.

Link your rental units

Link each of your Minut rental units to the matching Cloudbeds listing.

Only linked rental units receive stay information from Cloudbeds.

What syncs

Once a rental unit is linked, Minut receives these details about the people staying at the property from Cloudbeds:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Check-in and check-out times

  • The property they are staying at

Stay reservations are deleted from Minut (not from Cloudbeds) 14 days after the check-out date.

Messages to guests

When stay information is available and loud noise is detected, Minut can contact the people staying at the property. Set up noise alert messages in your Noise Preset, and check-in, check-out and other scheduled messages in Guest Journey.

Replies to messages appear in your Inbox.

For an overview, see Messaging.

Disconnect

To disconnect Cloudbeds, open Integrations in the web app, select Cloudbeds and click Disconnect. You can also remove the app from Cloudbeds (how to disconnect on Cloudbeds).

When you disconnect, your rental units are unlinked from Cloudbeds and Minut stops receiving new and updated stays. If you connect again, you will need to link your rental units again.

If you only need to fix a connection problem, reconnect instead of disconnecting. Reconnecting keeps your rental units linked.

Troubleshooting

Minut asks you to reconnect

A banner on the Integrations page tells you the connection with Cloudbeds needs attention. Open Integrations, select Cloudbeds and reconnect. Log in to Cloudbeds again and allow access when asked. Do not disconnect first, as that removes your links.

Stays are not appearing

Check that your Minut rental unit is linked to the right Cloudbeds listing, and that the reservation exists in Cloudbeds with check-in and check-out times. Only linked rental units receive stays. Also check that you are on the Pro plan, which PMS integrations require.

A guest's phone number is missing

Booking.com stopped sharing guest phone numbers through PMS connections on 28 September 2026, so some stays arrive without one. Open the stay in the Minut web app and add the number to the imported reservation.

If none of this helps, contact our support team at hello@minut.com and tell us which rental unit is affected and what you see.
