Connect Minut with Streamline to bring your guests' stays into Minut. Minut uses the stay details to message the people staying at the property automatically if noise gets too loud.
Where to connect: all integrations are connected in the web app at web.minut.com → Integrations. PMS integrations are available on the Pro plan.
Streamline Vacation Rental Software is built by property managers for property managers, to help companies streamline operations and maximize their profits.
Before you start
A Minut account on the Pro plan
A Streamline account with your properties
A Streamline token key and token secret. You request them from Streamline support (see step 1 below).
Connect Minut with Streamline
Contact Streamline support with the subject "Creation of tokens for Minut Integration". They will give you a token key and a token secret.
Go to the Integrations menu in the web app and select Streamline.
Click Connect at the top of the page. Insert the token key and token secret and click Accept.
Follow Streamline's instructions.
Link your rental units
Link each of your Minut rental units to the matching Streamline property.
Only linked rental units receive stay information from Streamline.
What syncs
Once a rental unit is linked, Minut receives these details about the people staying at the property from Streamline:
Name
Phone number
Check-in and check-out times
The property they are staying at
Stay reservations are deleted from Minut (not from Streamline) 14 days after the check-out date.
Messages to guests
When stay information is available and loud noise is detected, Minut can contact the people staying at the property. Set up noise alert messages in your Noise Preset, and check-in, check-out and other scheduled messages in Guest Journey.
Replies to messages appear in your Inbox.
For an overview, see Messaging.
Disconnect
To disconnect Streamline, open Integrations in the web app, select Streamline and disconnect it.
When you disconnect, your rental units are unlinked from Streamline and Minut stops receiving new and updated stays. If you connect again, you will need to link your rental units again.
If you only need to fix a connection problem, reconnect instead of disconnecting. Reconnecting keeps your rental units linked.
Troubleshooting
Minut asks you to reconnect
A banner on the Integrations page tells you the connection with Streamline needs attention. Open Integrations, select Streamline and reconnect. Enter your token key and token secret again. If you no longer have them, ask Streamline support for new ones. Do not disconnect first, as that removes your links.
Minut says the connection details are incorrect
Make sure you copied both the token key and the token secret in full, with no extra spaces. If they are still not accepted, ask Streamline support to create new tokens for the Minut integration, then paste them into Minut and click Accept.
Stays are not appearing
Check that your Minut rental unit is linked to the right Streamline property, and that the reservation exists in Streamline with check-in and check-out times. Only linked rental units receive stays. Also check that you are on the Pro plan, which PMS integrations require.
A guest's phone number is missing
Booking.com stopped sharing guest phone numbers through PMS connections on 28 September 2026, so some stays arrive without one. Open the stay in the Minut web app and add the number to the imported reservation.
If none of this helps, contact our support team at hello@minut.com and tell us which rental unit is affected and what you see.
