The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the people staying in the property will automatically receive a message or auto-call letting them know to keep it down.
All integrations can be linked via our web app.
Mews is the powerful, flexible way to manage many vacation rental properties without a large staff. Put down the spreadsheets and turn off the clunky software. Get the booking management, automation, widgets, and reporting that give you the control to do more in less time.
Connecting Minut with Mews
Go to the Mews Marketplace within your Mews account and find the Minut integration. Click "Connect integration" - now you can find Minut under "My integrations."
Once added, click "Edit" to go to settings.
Click the key icon at the top right of the page. This displays the integration's access token - copy that and return to the Minut web app.
Go to the Integrations menu in the web application.
Select the Mews integration
Click "Connect" at the top of the Mews integrations page.
Insert the access token you got from Mews and click "Connect."
Link your Minut units with the corresponding Mews units.
From the Minut mobile or web app:
Turn on noise monitoring.
Enable SMS or Autocall from noise monitoring settings.
Done! When you enable noise monitoring and have an active Mews booking for a property where loud noise is detected, the guest will be notified.
Communicate with stays
Once you have linked your Minut rental units with your Mews listings, you can now set up Messaging, once this has been done, those who are staying at your rental will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
