How to set up your account and configure your first rental unit.

Welcome to the Minut community!

This article will guide you through the process of setting up your account in order to get started with your Minut experience.

Step by step we will walk you through how to install rental units and sensors, invite team members, and set thresholds that work for you. All the steps you need to start monitoring your rental units.

Creating and setting up your main account

The Minut app is available on both your phone and your web browser.

You must first download the Minut app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play Store.

You can manage the general settings, your plans, add payment method in our webapp: https://web.minut.com/dashboard

  • Log in, click on the profile icon on your left

  • Click on Plan, Billing & Payment

You can also manage the general settings of your account on your mobile application under Settings. Once you have your Minut account, you can start setting everything up with a few simple steps.

Whether you’re a homeowner, a host, or a property manager we have a plan that fits your needs. You can see all your plan details and invoices from here.

Adding Rental units

When you open the Minut mobile app, click on Properties at the bottom of your screen and click on the + sign in the upper right corner.

Rental units can also be created on the webapp.

  • Click Rental units on your left and click on + to create a unit in the upper right corner and follow the instructions
