Device refund and return policy

Minut's refund and return policy

You may return the Minut Sensor (i.e., the device) if the purchase was made at minut.com, for up to 30 days after delivery, for a full product refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.

If you, with your order, purchased one of our annual plans upfront, you are eligible for a full refund once the Sensor is returned as well.

Other subscription charges are non-refundable.

Please contact support via hello@minut.com to arrange a return. Make sure to include the order number of your purchase.

Purchases from other vendors

If you have not purchased your Minut from minut.com, please see the return and refund policy of your vendor. Purchases made elsewhere are not covered by this return policy.

Unused subscription credits

Excess payments or promotional credits are automatically applied to future subscription invoices. Unused credits on inactive accounts expire after 2 years from the moment the payment was made.

Order changes

If Minut Smart Home Alarm is marked down with a discount, within 5 days of you purchasing the device, we can offer you a price adjustment. If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
