Device refund and return policy
Minut's refund and return policy
You may return the Minut Sensor (i.e., the device) if the purchase was made at minut.com for up to 30 days after delivery for a full product refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.
If you with your order purchased one of our annual plans upfront, you may be eligible for a full refund once the Sensor is returned.
Other subscription charges are non-refundable.

Your order number
Your Minut account e-mail address
Purchases from other vendors
If you have not purchased your Minut from minut.com, please see the return and refund policy of your vendor.
Purchases made elsewhere are not covered by this return policy.
Unused subscription credits
Excess payments or promotional credits are automatically applied to future subscription invoices.
Unused credits on inactive accounts expire after 2 years from the moment the payment was made.
Order changes
If the Minut Sensor is marked down with a discount, within 5 days of you purchasing the device, we may offer you a price adjustment. If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

Missing/ Undelivered Order
Missing or undelivered orders must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Claims submitted after this window cannot be investigated or reimbursed.
If your order hasn't arrived, email hello@minut.com with your Minut account email and order number as soon as possible.
