Minut is committed to supporting our customers even after the warranty period ends. While hardware support is available for a limited time after a product has been discontinued, software support continues for an extended duration.
Warranty and support details
Hardware warranty period: The hardware warranty for the Minut Device is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, or the minimum period required by the laws of the country where the sensor was sold—whichever is longer.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original end-user who purchased the Minut Device through the official website, minut.com. It covers repairs or replacements, free of charge, for any components that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, provided the device has been properly installed and used.
After the warranty expires, troubleshooting support remains available.
