The Task AI Assistant lets you create tasks by describing them in plain language. Instead of filling in fields manually, you tell the assistant what you need and it drafts the task for you to review.
Beta, web only. The Task AI Assistant is currently in beta and available in the Minut web app only. Mobile support is planned for later.
Finding the Task AI Assistant
Go to Tasks in the web app and open the Create using AI tab. You'll see a chat window where you can describe what you need.
What it can do
The assistant can help you set up:
One-off tasks for specific homes, with due dates and assignees
Repeating schedules - e.g. weekly cleaning or monthly inspections
Task templates your team can reuse
How it works
Describe the task in plain language, for example "Schedule a deep clean at Minut Sweden every Friday."
Answer any follow-up questions. If the assistant needs more detail (which home, when, who to assign), it will ask.
Review the suggestion. The assistant drafts the task and shows it to you.
Accept to create it. Nothing is created until you accept the suggestion. If it's not quite right, refine your request and try again.
Tips
Be specific about the home, timing, and assignee to reduce back-and-forth.
