Tasks Analytics

Track task completion rates, identify bottlenecks in your operations team, and measure turnaround times across your portfolio.

Written by Emilie Pain

Tasks Analytics gives you a data-driven view of how tasks are being completed across your portfolio. Rather than reviewing individual tasks one by one, it surfaces patterns: which team members are completing tasks on time, which properties generate the most overdue tasks, and how quickly your team is turning around between stays.

What you can see

  • Task completion rate: what percentage of tasks are completed on time, late, or not completed across the selected period

  • Tasks by type: breakdown of completion rates across cleaning, maintenance, and other task types

  • Turnaround time: average time between checkout and task completion, helping you identify where your team is performing well or falling behind

  • Tasks by property: which rental units generate the most overdue or incomplete tasks, so you can target operational improvements

  • Tasks by team member: individual completion rates and average task duration per assigned team member

How to access

  1. Go to web.minut.com/reports and click Reports in the left sidebar

  2. Click Tasks Analytics

  3. Select a date range and filter by property, team member, or task type to focus the view

How to act on what you see

Slow turnaround

Properties with consistently long checkout-to-clean times may need more staff assigned, better scheduling, or automation to trigger tasks earlier.

High incomplete rate

If certain task types are frequently missed, review whether the task templates are clear and whether the right team members are assigned.

Team performance

Use individual completion rates to identify team members who may need support, retraining, or capacity adjustments during busy periods.

Problem properties

Properties with consistently high overdue rates may need different task automation rules or a review of the cleaning complexity vs time allocated.
