Portfolio Analytics gives you a centralised operational view of all your rental units showing which are online and monitored, which have connectivity issues, and which are missing sensors entirely. It is particularly useful for operations teams managing large portfolios who need to quickly identify units that need attention without opening each one individually.
What you can see
Device health: how many units are online, offline, or have no sensor installed. An instant read on portfolio-wide hardware status.
Wi-Fi health: connectivity quality per unit rated as Excellent, Good, Fair, Weak, or No Signal
Unmonitored units: rental units with no active sensor, so you can identify gaps in your monitoring coverage
PMS integration status: what percentage of your PMS-listed units are actively monitored by Minut
Integration suggestions: prompts to connect your PMS for units that could benefit from tighter integration
How to access
Go to web.minut.com/reports and click Reports in the left sidebar
Click Portfolio Analytics
Click any unit in the device health or Wi-Fi health list to open its detail view and take action (for example, troubleshooting connectivity or assigning a sensor installation)
Use Portfolio Analytics as a weekly operational check. A quick scan at the start of each week lets you catch offline sensors, weak connectivity, or unmonitored units before they become a problem during a guest stay.
