How to set up the Icnea Integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Connecting Minut with Icnea

  1. Copy your Client ID from the Icnea dashboard (Right upper corner)

  2. Add the accommodations you want to connect in Minut to the Icnea dashboard
    (Management -> Connections -> Minut)

  3. Click 'Connect' on Minut webapp

  4. Insert the Client ID and proceed to connect


  5. Link your Minut homes with the corresponding Icnea properties


    Once you have linked your Minut homes with your Icnea listings you can now set up Guest Communication, so that guests that are synced from Icnea will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
