How to set up Avantio Integration

The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations can be linked via our web app.

Connecting Minut with Avantio

To connect to Avantio you need to have a Minut account (sign up here) You can find Avantio under Integrations in our web app

  1. Contact Avantio support team and request access to connect with the Minut integration.

  2. Click on Avantio then click on Connect

  3. You will be directed to login to your Avantio account and allow Minut to import your properties.

  4. Link your Minut homes with the corresponding Avantio listings. If you would like to Disconnect just click on the Disconnect button

  5. Once you have linked your Minut homes with your Avantio listings you can now set up Guest Communication, so that guests that are synced from Avantio listings will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay.
