Minut's partner network of security companies allows you to send out certified responders when noise persists in your property.

  • A hands-off solution to excessive noise

  • Keep operational costs low

  • Protect yourself and your property - even at a distance

You can choose which properties to activate Guard Assist for if you manage multiple properties. In other words, you do not need to enroll all properties at once.

The service is available as an add-on to all Minut plans.

To get started with Guard Assist, log in to your Minut web app and go to Guard Assist in the menu to the left.

Please note that our Minut Intervention Partner service is currently only available in the UK and USA.

You can register your interest in having Guard Assist in your area by filling in our form.

Choose the Rental unit

The first step is to choose the Rental unit you'd like to activate Guard Assist for.

Verify the address

Verify your property's address to ensure the responders know where to go.

If your listing has an apartment number, it's essential to include that so the response officer knows which door to access during the callout.

Add instructions

Add instructions for the responder on how to access the property. It can, for example, be the code to the building's main entrance or any specific request you have for the responder.

Activate the service

Once you've verified all the information, you can activate Guard Assist for your rental units.

Managing active Rental units

Once activated, you'll see all your rental units connected to the service in a list.

When a sound event occurs and an operator is on the move, you'll receive a notification on your phone, and you can view the events in the logbook.

After a call, you'll also receive a report on the incident.

For the best experience, we recommend using it in conjunction with our automatic stay communication feature, Messages.
