The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

"Smoobu is an All-in-One Software for Vacation Rentals. Smoobu syncs all booking portals automatically, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc, so hosts no longer need to worry about double bookings and manual pricing.
By linking your Minut homes to your properties, minut will know what home the disturbance is in and notify the correct guest. All integrations can be linked via our web app.
Connecting Minut with Smoobu
Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations. Press on Smoobu and go to Set up.
After clicking Connect you will have to enter your Smoobu credentials and you will be redirected back to the dashboard (above) where you can choose to link the properties so that Minut can get the correct guest information when a high noise event occurs.
Once all your homes are linked to a Smoobu property, you're all set! If a guest is too loud, an automatic editable SMS is sent, or if you would prefer an Autocall, letting them know to keep it down.
