The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guests staying in the property will automatically receive a message via SMS, Guesty inbox or both, letting them know to keep it down.
All integrations are set up via the Minut web app.
Minut does not integrate with Guesty for Hosts at this time.

Click on Settings to choose how you want noise messages to be sent to your guests: Integrations > Guesty > Settings
If you choose SMS from Minut:
Minut will send an SMS to the guest and post a note in the Guesty inbox
If you choose Guesty inbox:
The message will be sent through the same channel used for the most recent communication with the guest in Guesty.
A copy of the message will appear in the Guesty inbox, and guests can respond directly.
Supported channels are:
Booking.com, Vrbo, Airbnb, email and SMS.
WhatsApp is not currently supported
If there is no conversation history or the last message was sent via WhatsApp, the message will default to the booking channel (if available), or fallback to email.
