What is a Legacy Plan?
Minut introduced new pricing on April 28th, 2022. If you purchased a subscription before this date, you may be on a legacy plan.

Can I sign up for a legacy plan?
No. You can no longer sign up for legacy plans. If you are currently on a legacy plan you can continue to use it until the end of your current billing period.
Leaving a legacy plan
If you upgrade your account to a current plan or cancel your subscription, you will be unable to return to a legacy plan.
Can I upgrade to the new plans?
Yes. Follow the steps below to upgrade you legacy plan to a new plan:
Log into the web app (Click on your name on the top left & Plan Billing & Payment)
Add a payment method (if you haven't already)
Click on Change Plan and choose the plan you want to upgrade to
Can I purchase an additional M3 device?
Yes.
Go to the Minut store and sign-in with your Minut account
Select Monitor new rooms in an existing home
Choose how many additional devices you would like to purchase
Proceed to checkout

What is changing with the new plans?
The new Standard plan includes Guest connect functionality like Automated Messaging and Flash and sound. Our robust monitoring and automation solutions enable standard plan users to protect their properties.
Cigarette smoke detection is only available on the new Standard, Pro, and Pro+ plans if you have an M3 device.
