To get started with Minut Response service, log in to your Minut web app and go to Response service in the menu to the left.
Minut Response service is currently available in the U.K. If it's not available in your region yet, please let us know by registering your interest!
The first step is to choose the home you wish to activate Response service for.
Once that is done, you'll need to verify the address of your listing, to make sure the responders know where to go.
If your listing has an apartment number, it's important to include that so the responders know which guest to contact at a call-out.
In this step, you will also be able to leave instructions for the responder. It can, for example, be the code to the building's main entrance, or any specific request you have for the responder.
Once you've verified all the information, you're ready to activate Response service for your home.
Once activated, you'll see all your homes connected to the service in a list.
Once a noise event occurs and a responder goes out, you will be notified via a push notification on your phone, and you'll be able to see the events in the log.
After a call-out, you'll also receive a report of the incident.
The service works for all homes on a Standard or Pro plan, in a region where it's currently available.
