The integration between Minut and your PMS will allow you to sync your Minut properties with your PMS guest data. If loud noise is detected at a property, the guest will automatically receive a message, letting them know to keep it down.

All integrations are set up via the Minut web app.

OwnerRez is a comprehensive booking management engine, built by people who have vacation rentals of their own. It integrates with channels like Vrbo, AirBnb, and Booking.com to seamlessly synchronize availability, rates, rules and listing content while taking online bookings, managing inquiries, and communicating with guests. OwnerRez provides modern fast websites, guest checkout with e-sign renter agreements and can process payments directly, including auto-scheduled future payments. All emails sent to the guest are templatable, and you can schedule your own emails to go out automatically. OwnerRez also provides travel insurance and damage protection insurance, as well as integration with QuickBooks, property management/owner statements, and other power features. Manage many properties, automate your communication and get detailed statistics and reports without needing to hire a staff.

The integration with OwnerRez allows Minut to receive reservation and guest information from your booking calendar. Once the Minut sensor detects noise in your property, this integration will automatically send a text message to the guest currently staying there (if any), letting them know to keep it down.

Connecting Minut with OwnerRez

Everything is connected via our web app under Integrations. Press on OwnerRez.

  1. Click the Connect button. You'll be directed to login to your OwnerRez account and allow Minut to import your properties.

  2. Once the connection is set up, you'll need to link your OwnerRez listings with the correct home in the Minut app. This is so Minut can get the correct guest information when a high noise event occurs.

Once your homes are linked to an OwnerRez property, you're all set!

Now set up guest communication, so that guests that are synced from OwnerRez will be alerted if noise levels are above the set threshold during their stay. You can find more information on guest communication here.
